Beijing Marathon Science Forum will be held in Beijing Sport University on October 15, 2011. Sponsored by Chinese Athletics Association and China Sport Science Society, and undertaken by Beijing Sport University and Zhong’ao Lupao (Beijing) Management Co. Ltd., the activity will further explore the social, economic, culture, sports and body building values of Beijing Marathon, promote social awareness of Beijing Marathon, and facilitate innovations of long-distance running and Marathon. The theme of the forum will be “healthy Marathon”.

At the forum, famous Chinese experts will report and discuss current situation and significance of long-distance running and Marathon development home and abroad, social and economic benefits of long-distance running and Marathon, impacts of long-distance running and Marathon on human physiology and psychology.
